Provisional timeline

The provisional timetable, including Court hearings and the Scheme Meetings, is set out below and is also listed in the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Scheme of Arrangement document: 

• Voting and Proxy Form for Insurance Creditors to be submitted by 12:00 noon (Bermuda time) on 11 June 2026.

• Insurance Creditors’ Scheme Meeting at 2:00 p.m. (Bermuda time) on 12 June 2026. 

• Voting and Proxy Form for Non-Insurance Creditors to be submitted by 12:00 noon (Bermuda time) on 23 June 2026.

• Non-Insurance Creditors’ Scheme Meeting at 10:00 a.m. (Bermuda time) on 24 June 2026. 

• Bermuda Court sanction hearing on or around 26 June 2026. 

• U.S. Court recognition hearing in or around July 2026. 

• Scheme of Arrangement becomes effective in or around July 2026.

If the requisite majorities of insurance and non-insurance creditors vote in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement at the Scheme Meetings, the Scheme of Arrangement could become effective in or around July 2026. The above dates, other than those of the Scheme Meetings, are tentative only since the date of the Court hearing will only be confirmed if the requisite majorities of each class of creditors vote in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement at each of the Scheme Meetings.
